An incumbent performs the basic aspects of general patient care where the services of a registered or licensed practical nurse are not required. Employees assist medical/nursing staff in the examination, treatment and care of patients, including the transport of patients and equipment and assisting in the admission, transfer and discharge of patients.QualificationsJob Requirements

Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program (or military medical specialty training).

Six months related work experience preferred.

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant by the Washington State Nursing Commission.

Current healthcare provider American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
