DescriptionThis position is responsible for assisting in coordinating the daily activities of HME Repair & Maintenance, Oxygen Transfill, Distribution, Dispatch, HME Fleet vehicles, HME Cleaning, Load crew, and Shipping & Receiving. This includes ensuring that all equipment, shipping, and repair orders are dispatched and completed by staff technicians within the Home Services HME direct service area; ensuring the oxygen transfill operation meets the daily supply requirements of home oxygen patients and commercial accounts; assisting the Logistics Supervisor in meeting all local, state and federal laws and regulations (FDA,CGA, OSHA, & DOT) as well as Joint Commission Standards; ensuring that all medical equipment and supplies needed to meet patient needs are properly maintained and available for patients.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

Must be in compliance with the Providence Health & Services-OR Human Resources policy #302 Background Checks, a criminal background check is required for this position, based on assigned duties upon hire.

2 year experience in a Home Medical Equipment leadership or Logistics Leadership position.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree

Valid commercial driver license (CDL) with Hazardous Materials and air brake endorsements and proof of insurance per company policy will be required within 30 days of hire.

Experience in an oxygen transfill operation.

Experience in leading, or coordinating an HME repair and maintenance operation.
