Culbert Construction Inc is a heavy Civil and infrastructure General Contractor that has been successfully contracting in Eastern Washington for 26 years. We are looking for a Pipe Crew Foreman to work with our team. Please refer to all requirements needed below before submitting your resume.
Must be proficient at the following:
Team leadership
Pipe Laying, Crew Management
Reading and interpreting plans and specs
Knowledge of GPS and machine control systems (Topcon system experience preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Responsibilities will include but not limited to
Management of pipe crew
Layout out and verification of pipe work
Team Building, and recruiting
Responsible for reporting data to upper management
Willing to perform other tasks as necessary to include; Perform takeoffs, assist in estimating, fill-in operator
Temperament, and experience Requirements
Work safely by yourself and with others
A great team attitude
Three years of employment in this capacity
Must be proficient in reading plans and specs
Management Requirements
Point of contact for project level Piping and related work
Liaison between company and Customer
Schedule and equipment and labor needs
Daily reporting of production
Project schedule development and maintaining
Driving Requirements
Clean driving record
CDL is a plus.
