A well-established orchard operation (in business for over 95 years) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day work of a 10–18 person crew. We’re a friendly, family-oriented company offering a great long-term career opportunity in a beautiful farm setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise orchard operations: pruning, planting, fertilizing, irrigation, spraying, and harvest.
Manage daily transportation and supervision of crew.
Communicate and coordinate tasks directly with the farm manager.
Ensure smooth workflow and high-quality work across all operations.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in orchard or farm labor management preferred.
Able to operate tractors, forklifts, and other farm equipment.
Organized, reliable, and willing to learn.
Must be willing to relocate to on-site farmhouse (immediate family welcome).
