All Automotive Service & Repair is looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual, with a couple years experience to join our Service Advisor Team. We are a family owned and operated shop. Our goal is to provide our customers with a comfortable and complete solution to their automotive needs. We are looking for a motivated person with experience and the right personality and attitude. The job consists of but is not limited to:
Answering phones promptly and politely, directing calls and scheduling appointments.
Greeting Customers promptly and professionally.
Verify Customer concerns and Tech Inspections to assess the Vehicle needs
Writing estimates and calling customers, ordering parts, maintaining inventory.
Job skills needed:
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Good follow thru and multi-tasking ability.
Strong computer skills.
Quick learner.
Able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
