On-Site Resident Manager needed for a 36-Unit apartment complex in Kennewick.
Must pass Background Screening, & have positive previous rental and employment history, and have Fair Housing Certification.
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
Screening Tenants
Renting/Showing Apartments
Completing all paperwork (rental agreements, rules & regulations, notices etc.) regarding tenant occupancy
Collecting monthly rents, security deposits, late charges, etc./making deposits
Performing Move-in / Move-out Inspections
Developing and maintaining accurate files on all tenants and units
Issuing legal notices for non-payment of rent / eviction notices
Overseeing apartment "turns" / coordinating with vendors, maintenance staff, etc.
Requirements:
Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task
Strong oral and written communication skills
At least 2-years experience managing an apartment complex
Possession of a valid Driver's License
Working knowledge of computer software and systems: Appfolio, Excel, Word, email
