As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our community and ensuring the satisfaction of our residents. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with telephone calls and addressing tenant needs and concerns promptly and courteously
Enforcing community rules and regulations to maintain a harmonious living environment for all residents.
Overseeing Park landscaping and maintenance tasks to uphold our community's aesthetic standards.
Assisting with various administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating excellent multitasking abilities.
Utilizing computer knowledge to manage resident records, maintenance requests, and other essential documentation.
Having reliable transportation to facilitate on-site management duties.
Management experience in a mobile home park setting is a plus, but not required. However, candidates must possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable enforcing rules when necessary.
Additionally, candidates must be able to pass credit and background checks, as well as demonstrate reliability and commitment to their responsibilities. This position offers room for advancement within our organization for the right candidate.
