- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Coordinate with drivers to provide clear instructions and updates
- Collaborate with clients to address delivery-related inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, drivers' schedules, and client communications
- Perform under pressure while multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using computer software and dispatching systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
