Seeking a part-time office assistant, 4-5 hrs a day, Monday – Friday. Must have 2+ yrs. experience in Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks. Duties include but are not limited to: invoicing, data entry credit card receipts, process incoming mail/emails, invoicing, scanning, emailing, filing. Must be detail oriented, organized, work independently, multitask and time management, communication skills. This is an in-office position. Outlook experience: send and receive emails. Excel experience: data entry, modify excel sheets. QuickBooks experience: account receivables, account payables, receive payments, record deposits.
