Family-owned company looking to hire a reliable and punctual employee. Our company is running and operating three convenience stores and will be adding a couple more by this year. This job requires someone who is capable of multi-tasking and working efficiently while making no errors. This candidate must have prior experience in an office setting. Please email resume.

Job includes:

- Filing invoices

- Reconciling fuel accounts

- Accounts Payable (preferred experience)

- Knowledge in Microsoft programs

- Sorting & printing emails

- Working with vendors accounts receivable

- Compiles data from varied sources and makes spreadsheet reports

- Navigate multi accounts

- Ability to establish and maintain complex manual and computerized filing and record keeping systems.

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualities:

- Knowledge of and ability to apply business English, composition, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and letter format.

- Ability to work independently, organizing work with a minimum of supervision

- Ability to work quickly, accurately and thoroughly with close attention to detail to meet deadlines.

-Excellent oral communications skills to explain policies and procedures and to deal with other employees, agencies and the general public using courtesy, tact and good judgment.
