$500 signing bonus and $1000 yearly bonus. Based on: NO ABSENCES, NO TARDINESS AND NO DISCIPLINARY ACTION. New hires will receive $200 after the first 60 working days and $300 at the end of 6 months. Plus, an extra $50 on every bi-weekly check. (26 weeks = $1300). Additionally, all new and current employees who follow these guidelines will receive $1000 at every yearly anniversary from date of hire. New hire, first year potential bonus: $2800. Each following year potential bonus: $2300

We're looking for motivated, determined people to add to our team.
Drug test required-including marijuana
- 40 or more hours per week
- M-F 6:30 am to whenever production is done. Can range between 3-6 pm.
- Sometimes mandatory Saturday work.
JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, but are not limited to:
Filling bags/pouches with bacon, hams or sausages
Labeling packaged product
Scaling, boxing and palatalizing finished goods
Some positions include loading a machine that squares up slabs of bacon
Some positions include hanging cured pork bellies and/or hams on smokehouse racks
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Ability to work at a swift, steady pace
Good attention to quality and detail
Good attendance
Ability to follow instructions and specifications
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test including marijuana
We also perform random drug testing; employees are chosen at random by a third party administrator.
