Large dryland/irrigated farm located in Walla Walla is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to add to our hard working team. This is a full-time, long term position. Employee operates up to date tractors, trucks, sprayers and other equipment. Employee will have the ability to be trained and work alongside a team of experienced, long-term employees. Winters will be in the shop working on equipment repairs and scheduled maintenance. Signing bonus.
Qualifications:
Understanding of Precision Ag systems, guidance systems, and be able to calculate rates and mix herbicides
Must be a motivated, dependable, self starter with good work ethic
Must be hard working and work well on a team
Valid driver's license required. CDL preferred but not required
Two or more years of agriculture experience is preferred but will train the right person. Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications and signing bonus.
