Mid-Valley Staffing is currently recruiting for several temporary positions for an industrial contractor.
The position is primarily temporary but could become permanent for the ideal candidate.
The position includes unbolting and bolting up valves, pipes, spool pieces, (providing pipe support), as well as servicing equipment, assisting mill wrights, welders, etc. The position also includes demo and removal of old equipment and piping, using Sawzalls, Metabos, cutting torches, and unbolting.
Position could include entering confined spaces, working in hot and cold environments, working from heights on ladders and lifts.
For the ideal candidates, a permanent position may be extended.
This job is local to the Tri-Cities area.
This position starts April 19th and will run for 7-10 days straight for 12 hour shifts for an annual outage. Lots of overtime, as shifts are 12 hours a day through the completion of the outage!
Candidates must have access to safety toed boots. We will provide gloves, hardhat, safety glasses and vests.
Those not picky about which shift will be given priority.
