Overview

An important final step to any new home build is delivering a pristine, move-in ready space that reflects our commitment to quality and attention to detail. We’re currently seeking a Cleaning Specialist (a.k.a. our future “Chief Cleaning Officer”) who takes pride in maintaining spotless environments and has a keen eye for cleanliness, order, and excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Cleaning Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Final Move-In Cleanings: Ensure every home we complete is immaculately clean and ready to impress new homeowners.

Ongoing Maintenance Cleanings: Perform routine touch-ups to keep properties looking showroom-ready.

Office Cleaning: Maintain our commercial office space so it's always clean, welcoming, and professional.

Home Staging Support: Assist our design team with cleaning and prepping staged homes for showings and events.

Special Projects: Work with the General Manager on occasional deep-clean or organizational projects, our go-to parts or errant runner with a company vehicle, and other special tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

A true passion for cleaning and organization (we want someone who finds satisfaction in the sparkle).

Previous residential and/or commercial cleaning experience.

Familiarity with various cleaning techniques, tools, and products.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to schedules.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions effectively.

Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license (you’ll be traveling to different job sites around town).

Why Join Us?

Competitive Pay: $20–$22/hr DOE

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (with occasional flexibility depending on project needs)
