-Scheduling patients for appointments on an electronic scheduling system.
-Answering phone calls/voice mails.
-Checking in/out patients.
-Filling out legal documents for FMLA.
-Using a fax machine/e-mail regularly.
-Triage patients over the phone with their concerns.
Skills:
-Bilingual in English/Spanish, but not required.
-Time management skills.
-Basic communication skills w/ staff + patients.
