Walla Walla Steak Co. [Denim Hospitality] is currently accepting applications for Restaurant Supervisor position. This is a rare opportunity to join our amazing team of professionals!
The Restaurant Supervisor serves a multitude of functions at all times. including overseeing the details of several server sections. A Supervisors focus will uphold our company standards while facilitating all aspects of a warm, inviting, and extraordinary guest experience.
With each server and busser in their roles, the Supervisor is able to fill in any gaps with precision and flourish with a keen eye to detail and guest needs. The primary function is to ensure the guest experience as a positive, fluid and memorable event.
Responsibilities include nightly floor service, administrative duties and operational oversight. Experience in coursed service, fine dining etiquette, problem solving, and management are required as well as an ability to work well under pressure while managing staff expectations.
