Stellar J, a West Coast based, employee-owned General Contractor, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for a project in the Tri Cities Area.

Typical projects include water treatment plants, bridges, marine terminals, and renewable energy plants that produce RNG, Hydrogen, Electricity, and other green energy processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare plan for construction of the project
Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
Prepare and update project schedule/schedule of values/payment applications
Oversee/Manage change order process
Oversee project documentation, including shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and logs
Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control on the project
Oversee site safety and ensure all workers have a safe working environment
Possess thorough knowledge of plans and specifications
Possess leadership abilities, provide accurate direction for Superintendent and project team
Be effective at scheduling and multitasking
Lead team and project meetings
Requirements:
B.S in Construction Management/related field/equivalent work experience
3 years of experience leading construction projects as Assistant Project Manager
Possess a strong work ethic, self-motivated
Demonstrate effective communication skills (oral and written)
Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must have the ability to meet required deadlines
