Dynamic Assistant Project Manager Needed! Medport Electric is a leading Residential and Commercial Electrical Contractor Company. We have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Electrical Manager to join our team. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual who can work independently as well as work together with a team, provide excellent customer service and establish a positive, productive working relationship with staff.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for all phases of the construction operations and to act in that capacity in the absence of the Electrical Manager. Emphasis on accounting administration including payables and receivables, deposit accounting and auditing accounts. Assist in meeting revenue goals of the projects , estimating and project management, customer retention and providing a quality service experience for the contractors .
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience or related experience. Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets and type 40 wpm. Some staff supervision experience. Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment. Knowledge and ability to articulate legal procedures for evictions in local area.
