Duties and Tasks will be performed from our Tri-Cities (Richland), WA headquarters;

Responsibilities

- A/R & A/P for a home building company. If you don’t know what AR/AP is, this position is likely not for you.

- Create Purchase Orders and manage subcontractor paperwork.

- Prepare timesheets and file payroll reports.

- Assist our designer in designing our spec & model homes– help us create beautiful homes.

- Work on and lead special projects at the owner's direction. From small and mundane tasks to big and bold projects.

- Navigate the intricacies of payroll and bookkeeping.

- Coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Handle various administrative tasks – the glue that holds it all together.

-Help keep our office, breakroom, and showroom nice and tidy!

Qualifications

- Familiarity with QuickBooks or a strong willingness to learn. Priority will be given to those who have QB experience and knowledge.

- Solid multitasking abilities – no juggling fire, but close. You must be a self-starter and someone who sets goals and deadlines.

- A mindset geared toward growth and learning. I mean, what are we all here for if we’re not learning?

- Hourly pay ranging from $18 to $24 for the first year, depending on your experience and QuickBooks prowess.

- A potential salary of up to $55k to $70k per year after a successful first year.
