Team & Role TheTechnical Program Management team supporting the Cloud Network Services (CNS) portfolio within Global Cloud Services (GCS) is a globally distributed group of driven, technically fluent professionals based in Seattle, California, New York, and Europe. This team leads complex, cross-functional programs centered on hyperscaler provisioning automation and process governance, with a strong focus on improving observability, availability, and operational delivery across cloud infrastructure. We thrive at the intersection of infrastructure, AI, and cross-org collaboration—working closely with senior leadership and contributing to strategic initiatives that shape the future of cloud operations. Join our Global Cloud Services (GCS) organization and help shape the future of Cloud Network Services. We’re looking for a driven and technically fluent Technical Program Manager to join our Cloud Network Services team within the Global Cloud Services (GCS) organization. This role leads complex, cross-functional programs focused on improving observability, availability, and operational delivery across cloud infrastructure. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, regularly contribute to executive presentations, and play a key role in shaping strategic initiatives. Ideal candidates bring hands-on coding experience and a sharp eye for integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving—whether through automation, AI-powered insights, or rethinking how AI transforms infrastructure operations.   What you get to do in this role:Have experience writing code (e.g., Python, Go, or similar) and can engage deeply with engineering teams. Have hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks, or have led programs that integrate AI into business processes. Are passionate about infrastructure, networking, and hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, OCI, etc). Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving complex, systems-level problems. Are a crisp communicator who can translate technical detail into executive insight.
