Work performed will be hands on including working directly with the sales team to observe customer interactions and sales support, service, and training initiatives. Insights based on experiences and observations will be considered when implementing changes and designing new programs.At the conclusion of the internship, the intern will have a clear understanding of how their studies directly contribute to their course of study and how this translates into the medical device industry. This is a part-time summer internship position (less than 30 hours a week) working with the Service and Training Teams at Kestra. RequirementsESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Project: Multiple small defined projects distributed between the Service and the Training Departments will be assigned for completion over the internship term. Responsibilities will include assisting with sales support projects and on-going training coordination projects.
Project Support: Co-lead sales support and training projects assigned by the project owners.
Project Presentation: At internship end, the internship project results and findings will be presented to the Sales Operations team and the Kestra executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Experience Required:
2nd year or higher undergraduate degree
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
Preferred:
Degree studies in business or sciences
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills

High attention to detail and data urgency

INTERNSHIP ELIGIBILITY:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within the past 6 months
Must not have completed one year of continual employment with Kestra Medical Technologies
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess unrestricted work authorization
Must provide own transportation to/from work
Must successful complete and pass a criminal and employment background screening that meets the allowable FDA requirements and is in accordance with EEOC rules and regulations
Must successfully pass a pre-internship drug screen
