Offered through Robert Half, this Sales Assistant position will be a long-term contract / temporary opportunity based in the Kirkland, Washington area.Responsibilities
Providing order coordination support to ensure the processes are completed
Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions
Generating sales reports and preparing presentations
Performing other Sales Assistant tasks as necessary
Preparing communications and prooing documents
Preparing travel and meeting arrangements
Supporting the sales department by promoting company products and services
Coordinating courses and training internal employees
Providing customer service in a kind and professional manner
Providing administrative, technical and clerical support to sales teams
Requirements - Skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and attention to detail are critical
2+ years of Sales Assistant experience suggested
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendors
Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments
Preferred education is a BA/BS degree in business, communications, or related field
Command of customer service
Comprehensive knowledge of Mortgage Lending
