A successful Yard Worker at Dunn Lumber is expected to learn and grow their ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities needed to uphold a safe, clean, accurate, and hospitable environment as material flows in and out of our yards. You will be a part of a highly skilled team that will utilize saws and forklifts to cut and move material, unload and check in material from vendor trucks, load walk-in customer vehicles, and build lumber packages for transfer to other Dunn Lumber locations or delivery to customer jobsites. A fully trained Yard Worker is capable of upholding The Legacy of Trust daily through; trusted advice, quality materials, and excellent service. This happens with the completion of all expected operational tasks, maintaining a clean and organized yard, and building trust with customers and co-workers by understanding their needs.   This is a Full-Time job working 40 hours per week with overtime eligibility!
Store Hours are Monday - Friday from 6:55 am - 6:05 pm and Saturday from 7:55 am - 5:05 pm. The current available schedule(s) are:(Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 6:05pm & 7:40am - 5:05pm) Also have a SEASONAL Part-Time Yard with a schedule of:(Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:00pm)
