Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description We are in search of a Full Charge Bookkeeper for our civil engineering team based in Kirkland, Washington. The primary function of this role is to manage all accounting functions, including processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The Full Charge Bookkeeper will also monitor customer accounts and take action when necessary. Responsibilities Keep track of all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) diligently Analyze cash flow and prepare annual budget Maintain customer credit records with high accuracy Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency Use accounting software systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Business Central, to manage financial data Utilize Excel for various accounting tasks Manage full charge bookkeeping for the civil engineering team Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required.The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision - 100% paid for employeeLife Insurance and AD& DLong Term DisabilitySimplified Employee Pension2 weeks PTO7 paid holidaysRequirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient management of financial data. Mastery of Excel is essential for creating and managing spreadsheets. Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is needed to ensure accurate financial reporting. Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing outgoing payments. Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is vital for tracking incoming payments. Familiarity with Annual Budget preparation is required for effective financial planning. Capability in Cash Flow Analysis is crucial for assessing the company's financial health. Proficiency in Full Charge Bookkeeping is needed to handle all the company's bookkeeping needs. Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable for managing business processes.
