Job Title: Program Manager Job Summary: The Program Manager will support the U.S. Navy in Keyport, Washington. You'll oversee employee and subcontractor management, ensuring adherence to performance guidelines and efficient communication with stakeholders. This role requires proven leadership in cross-functional teams, strong technical understanding, and exceptional organizational skills. Responsibilities Include:

Taking charge of the overall management of our employees and subcontractors working on the task order, adhering closely to the guidelines specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Acting as the central point of contact for all technical matters relating to the task order, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between our team and the COR

Ensuring that all work carried out under the task order meets specified performance objectives, standards, and tolerances outlined in relevant documents

Driving the team to perform within specified time limits, constraints, and estimated costs, while maintaining quality and efficiency

Participating in planning meetings to gather insights and information necessary for setting milestones and performance objectives aligned with task order requirements

Responding promptly to all Government communications (phone calls, emails) related to significant matters such as cost, schedule, and performance, adhering to defined response timelines

Maintaining awareness of contractual obligations and regulations, promptly reporting any identified vulnerabilities to fraud or active fraudulent activities to the Contracting Officer within stipulated timeframes

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables within established timelines and budget constraints

Strong technical background with the ability to comprehend and effectively communicate complex technical concepts

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels

Proficiency in identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success

Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and requirements

Desired:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)

Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) in program management or related roles, ideally within a government contracting environment

PMP or other relevant certifications

Work Setting and Environment:

Monday - Friday, normal working hours

Hybrid work structure; 60% onsite and 40% remote

Onsite location is Keyport, Washington
