Basic trouble shooting skills for Boiler, ESP, and all mechanical equipment involved in the process. Demonstrate knowledge of dry kiln operations to include mechanical (fans, traps, baffles, vents, motors). Ability to work and communicate well with others and facilitate change. Must be safety minded, possess good organization, planning and oral/written communication skills.
