Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the import/export industry located in Kent, Washington, United States, for a Video Editor. This role primarily involves editing product photography and explainer videos for an Amazon storefront.Responsibilities Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Lightroom, for video editing purposes. Work on the production of explainer videos to effectively communicate product details. Edit product photography to ensure high-quality visuals for the Amazon storefront. Incorporate animation techniques to enhance video content. Perform color correction tasks to maintain consistency and aesthetic appeal in videos. Develop commercials and advertisements to promote products on various platforms. Operate within the retail e-commerce space, understanding its unique requirements and standards. Oversee broadcast schedules, ensuring timely release of edited content. Requirements Proficient in Adobe After Effects for animation and special effects creation Skilled in using Adobe Audition for sound editing and enhancement Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud for comprehensive multimedia project management Expertise in Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics editing Familiarity with Adobe Lightroom for photo editing and manipulation Experience in creating effective advertisements in the import/export industry Ability to create engaging animations for a variety of platforms Knowledge of broadcast standards and practices in video editing Proficiency in color correction techniques for video footage Experience in editing commercials for broadcast or online media Familiarity with retail e-commerce, including creating product videos and promotional materials.
