Job Description
Supports and assists the Maintenance Director in work orders, trash removal, demo of apartments, general repairs, etc.
This is a Weekends Required position with an additional weekday included. We have an immediate openingQualifications
Demonstrates effective time management skills. Must have one year of related maintenance experience. Ability to preform general maintenance repair needs, be able to lift at least 50 lbs without assistance, and be able to use hand and electric tools generally used within a maintenance capacity.
