Description This company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of operations within our warehouse and labeling processes. The initial duration of this position is a contract to hire, with potential for long-term employment based on performance. This is a fully onsite role located in Kent, WA.Key Duties:
Communicate with customers primarily through email correspondence, with occasional phone calls.
Process label orders via email and input orders into the system.
Coordinate the creation of orders, which then proceed to the quality assurance team before returning to the main team for production.
Manage a paper-intensive and manual process, with paper orders arriving on palettes.
Handle shipping orders, overseeing the beginning and end of the order process while production manages the middle phase.
Conduct scanning activities, ensuring that all shipping documents are appropriately scanned. Some documents are forwarded to customers, while others are directed to the accounting team.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, as accuracy is paramount in this role.
