Cross Product Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

A multi-product leadership role that includes supervising all aspects of warehouse operations for Transcon, Air and Ocean Export Products as well as CFS Import cargo. Duties include assigning, directing, and monitoring work of the Warehouse staff. Also, ensure effective customer service, quality and compliance, positive employee relations, safety and security.

• Primary Duties:
  - Plan/Manage the daily workload
  - Coach, train, motivate and develop staff in effective operations and compliance
  - Compliance with DSA SOP's relating to warehouse
  - Appropriately resolve warehouse issues (inventories, discrepancies, damage, etc.)
  - Responsible for facility safety, security, and maintenance coordination
  - Improve KPI-s through continuous improvement of efficiency and effectiveness
  - Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies, including DOT, TSA, OSHA, CTPAT, etc.
  - Direct, initiate, and maintain necessary safety programs for all employees and equipment assigned to warehouse (vehicles, scales, forklifts, shrinkwrapper, etc.)
  - Maintain effective inventory controls to ensure inventory accuracy
  - Monitor performance to ensure timeliness with zero damages or losses
  - Strong internal and external communication skills
  - Conduct Performance Reviews, as required
  - Develop and maintain collaboration in a cooperative and respectful manner with all
  - Special Duties may be assigned based on the needs of management. Your future assignments will depend on the needs of the department, your performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

- 4 - 5 years warehouse leadership experience

- Open availability, including weekends
