Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Administrator in Kennewick, Washington. As a Human Resources Administrator, your main role will be to manage and oversee various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and personnel management. Responsibilities Create job descriptions, publish ads, and oversee the recruitment process to attract the best talent. Facilitate orientation and training sessions to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and encourage open communication. Oversee the benefits and compensation schemes for employees, ensuring they are up-to-date with healthcare laws and regulations. Monitor the organization's adherence to federal and state laws to maintain compliance. Evaluate employee performance and provide reports on key metrics to support management decisions. Maintain accurate and current employee records, processing necessary paperwork efficiently. Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Concur, About Time, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Compliance to perform duties effectively.
