Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Specialist to join our team.This role is focused on maintaining and auditing digital files and records, as well as ensuring a clean and organized work environment. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Utilize third-party software and keyboard skills to conduct manual data entry of required fields. Perform quality audits on all files to verify accuracy and make necessary corrections. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to the Record Center guidelines. Communicate effectively with co-workers and management, advising of any issues requiring immediate attention. Demonstrate an understanding of the importance and value of customers and work independently with minimal supervision. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Understand the importance of detail and accuracy, and work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work. Participate in safety and security drills and report any violations to the appropriate manager. Maintain good attendance and arrive to work at the scheduled time. Participate in long durations of project assignments and be open to change.Requirements Proficient in Data Entry operations with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional skills in Customer Service and Communication. Familiarity with standard office Procedures and Quality Auditing. Ability to supervise and coordinate with team members. Proficient in English Language with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Experience in Production and Security protocols in a data entry environment. Familiarity with Company Policy and adherence to the same. Proficiency in PC OS and Third-Party Software related to data entry. Experience with Labeling and categorizing data. Ability to lift office supplies if required. Exceptional Keyboard Skills with accuracy and speed. Good understanding of QA Management and ability to perform Quality Audits. Must have a good Attendance record. Knowledge of legal guidelines and regulations related to data entry and Violations. Ability to use various data entry software and tools. Experience in Auditing data for errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
