If you're a dedicated RN with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply!As a Medical-Surgical Nurse at St. Francis Hospital, you will be responsible for providing holistic nursing care to a diverse patient population. Your duties will include, but are not limited to assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans. Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Monitoring vital signs, documenting observations, and reporting changes in patient condition. Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educating patients and their families about their care and discharge planning. Maintaining a safe and clean patient environment. Utilizing electronic health records (EHR) effectively. Participating in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.QualificationsEducation & Experience:Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. One year of related work experience in an acute care setting is preferred. Possession of a BSN degree is preferred.License & Certification:Current licensure as a Registered Nurse issued by the Washington State Board of Nursing.Current Healthcare BLS Certification.Specialty certification, as appropriate to the assigned work unit, is strongly preferred.Pay Range$42.69 - $72.13 /hourWe are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
