General functions of the Tax Credit leasing Agent:Assists applicant with the Section 42 application processProcesses and maintains accurate resident filesWorks under the direction of the Community Manager and maintenance team to ensure quality work is completed.  Walk units once deemed "ready to rent" for quality assuranceCompletes move-in walk through with new residentsProcesses re-certifications and renewals on timeEnsures that all applicants and residents are in compliance with government regulationsCreates and updates the wait listCompletes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Community Manager.  Attend Monday or daily morning meetings with the complete teamAssists residents with work orders or any issues they are having in their home
