. If you are seeking an exciting opportunity for a leader in design, development, and manufacture of electronics systems in the aerospace industry this role may be for you.

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, is responsible for oversight and administration of production including: safety, quality, personnel, and performance to the production plan.This role assists planning in development of the production plan and ensures all direct manufacturing personnel are trained and equipped to be successful. Studies production schedules, assigns work and estimates worker hour requirements for successful completion of job assignments while meeting delivery, quality, and cost metrics. Effectively interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.Correctly interprets specifications, blueprints and job orders to works and effectively assigns duties. Meets production schedules, efficiencies and utilization targets. Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel and follows up to ensure successful and timely resolution.

Manufacturing Supervisor candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Management or Operations Management is required.Possess at least three to five years’ supervisory experience. Experience in Aerospace or other regulatory industry with a machining focus is preferred. Knowledge and experience in business, supervision, and management. Better than average written and spoken communication skills.Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a department and department staff members. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
