Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Workforce Integration Business Partner (Level 4) to support the 777 Manufacturing team in Everett, Washington .This position will partner with one of our 777 Manufacturing Business Units (MBU) to ensure proper staffing levels and distribution of skilled labor throughout the organization. The business partner will engage with both Industrial Engineering and Operations in execution of the business plan. We need an excellent communicator that will liaison between Workforce Integration, MBU Leadership, and our Centers of Excellence.Position Responsibilities:

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross functional teams, including stakeholder relationship management.

3+ years of experience with project management and ability to self-manage projects.

1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in Human Resources, Project Management, Administration, and/or Staffing positions.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
