Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Overview: A leading skilled nursing and long-term care facility in partnership with Providence Hospital is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Manager. This role is perfect for a Licensed Nurse -RN who is passionate about providing exceptional care to residents and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the care team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ensure compliance with all nursing and medical practices and procedures.

Develop and implement programs, goals, policies, and procedures for quality care.

Supervise and manage both professional and non-professional staff.

Foster a positive, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Flexibility to cover all three shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.

Current state license as an RN in Washington.

Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Minimum of one year of supervisory/management experience.

Strong knowledge of long-term care laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and maintain flexibility.

A cheerful, tactful, and enthusiastic disposition.
