Description We are in the process of recruiting a Paralegal to join our well-regarded Personal Injury practice in Everett. The role involves handling cases from Pre-Litigation to settlement and is ideal for those with at least two years of experience in Personal Injury law.Responsibilities: Handle a Pre-Litigation caseload in the Personal Injury law sector. Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding case details. Manage treatment statuses and establish insurance coverage for clients. Review and analyze medical records meticulously in relation to cases. Handle final account balances and assist attorneys with the negotiation process. Write demand letters and handle Litigation work, as needed. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
