By maintaining a safe and efficient environment, you will help us deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.What you will do:

Ensure Optimal Operation: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair site production machines, instruments, and equipment to ensure peak operational performance and minimal downtime.

Emergency Response: Act swiftly to address emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions, minimizing disruptions to manufacturing processes and ensuring continuous productivity.

Preventive Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement robust preventive maintenance programs and practices to ensure all site facilities and production equipment are always in optimal working condition.

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Support: Provide technical and operational support for company EHS programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing the safety and efficiency of equipment and processes.

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Coordinate with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers for the repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of site facilities and production equipment.

Installation and Commissioning: Lead the installation and commissioning of site facilities, production machines, instruments, and equipment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Spare Parts Management: Oversee the purchasing and upkeep of spare parts, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely availability of essential components.

Feedback and Recommendations: Provide valuable feedback and recommendations to the Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements, driving continuous improvement.

Maintenance Records Management: Accurately maintain records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring timely updates and data integrity.

Support TPM Implementation: Actively support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives, contributing to enhanced productivity and equipment reliability.

EHS Practices Participation: Adhere to and actively participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including proactive hazard reporting and safety recommendations to ensure the wellbeing of all personnel.

Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications we prefer:

Installation and commissioning experience are advantageous.

Knowledge of TPM.

Proactive, resourceful with strong problem-solving and technical analytical skills.

Knowledge on industrial Automation & Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is an added advantage.

Able to work monthly rotating shifts which included night shift, weekends and public holidays

The salary range for this role is $53,550 to $72,450; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
