Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Analyst 4Non-Cleared role in Everett, Washington, 98204, United States. This position is integral to our operations and customer projects, serving as a key liaison in project management and planning. The successful candidate will manage business segments, product groups, and large programs while regularly interfacing with customers.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the life cycle and operational aspects of projects, ensuring the alignment with overall project objectives. Review the status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports. Handle the daily coordination of projects, including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements. Estimate costs, resources, and time required to complete projects, ensuring all action item lists are completed and project quality expectations are met. Gather and analyze data to monitor projects' progress in terms of cost, schedule, and technical specifications. Prepare and present plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the projects to ensure that established targets are met. Identify project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. Regularly interact and interface with customers, serving as the face of the organization. Partner with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives. Manage the accountability of the workforce in organizational operations and customer projects.
