Tech Support Engineer I (PRO). Job Description: Job Title: Tech Support Engineer I (PRO)Job Location: 4405 Grant Road BLDG B, East Wenatchee, Washington Responsibilities: Assist the data center engineering team in locating, staging, and managing onsite parts and peripherals. This individual will also be working with engineering, quality assurance and sales organization in the product and customer service delivery improvement process.Specific Role Objectives• Maintains and stewards up-to-date and accurate logical information within various inventory management systems (e.g., configuration management databases, asset management repositories).• Manage assigned support tickets and maintain up-to-date status in the support ticketing platform.• Escalate unresolved issues that require more in-depth knowledge in a timely manner.• Performs material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process.• Report and submit product defects in the bug tracking system.• Ensures detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.• Notifies management about ordering stock shortages.• Escalates any issues to management. Qualifications:- Basic knowledge of operating a range of operating systems and technologies.• Moderately familiar with MS Office applications• Moderately familiar with Web Based applications and browser basics.• Basic network understanding• Basic hardware terminology• There's also a physical end to this job so the role needs to include a description around physical activity like lifting servers. (50 pounds or utilizing a lift)
