We’re recruiting for an Executive Director position with a highly respected senior living community, looking for a dynamic individual to take the lead and drive success across the board.About the OpportunityOur client, a well-established senior living provider, is seeking an Executive Director to oversee day-to-day operations, manage census growth, and ensure financial performance while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role is pivotal in ensuring a high-quality environment for both residents and staff, with a strong emphasis on leadership, employee retention, and resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this critical leadership role, the Executive Director will:

Lead and sustain a high level of resident satisfaction and quality of care

Oversee staff recruitment, retention, and engagement

Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies

Manage daily operations to maintain seamless service and care

Drive census growth and financial success for the community

Foster a welcoming, compassionate environment for residents and staff

SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $125,000BENEFITS OFFERED:

Healthcare Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision

Other Insurance: Life, AD& D, Disability Offered

Retirement Plan: 401k w/ 3% match after 1 year - fully vested at 6 years

PTO: 2 weeks to start

Requirements

QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:

Proven experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care facilities

A strong background in sales, revenue management, and financial success

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication and leadership skills

An Administrator’s License (or ability to obtain)

CPR certification (preferred)

Ability to meet state vaccine requirements and pass a background check
