Job Summary/DutiesThe Emergency Department RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients across all life stages, from newborns to the elderly, using the nursing process as a guide. Patient assessments will be tailored to each individual's age and developmental stage. This role involves collecting relevant data, implementing care plans, and continuously evaluating patient outcomes. The Emergency RN is committed to ongoing professional development, maintaining and enhancing skills crucial for effective clinical practice in the emergency setting. By upholding the hospital's mission, values, and philosophy, the RN contributes to service excellence and supports the overall goals of the healthcare institution.Qualifications
RN License in state of WA
At least 1 year of RN ED experience
Graduate of nursing school, BSN preferred
Can work effectively with people in a stressful situations
BLS (at time of hire)
ACLS (within 90 days of hire date)
TNCC (within 1 year of hire date)
PALS (within 1 year of hire date)
