Are you a seasoned Recruiter with a knack for identifying top-notch engineering and technical talent? We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Camas, WA. This role is a full-time hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). The pay range is $70,000 - $100,000 a year. Primary Function: As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, assessing, and aligning top-notch candidates with our technical job openings. Your primary responsibilities will include cultivating a robust network, nurturing valuable relationships, and gaining a deep insight into SIGMADESIGN's business landscape and its distinctive challenges. You will be instrumental in shaping our future by identifying, assessing, and matching exceptional candidates for our challenging technical openings. Essential Job Functions – Key Responsibilities: Talent Identification: Utilize your expertise to identify and engage with high-caliber engineering and technical professionals. Qualification Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments to ensure candidates align with our requirements, both technically and culturally. Strategic Matching: Employ your keen insight to match candidates effectively with our diverse technical positions, ensuring a seamless integration for each position, candidate, and client. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with candidates, creating a talent network that aligns with SIGMADESIGN’s Mission. Understand SIGMADESIGN: Develop a profound understanding of our business, its unique challenges, and its evolving technical needs, enabling you to source the right talent proactively. Hiring Machine: Be the driving force in our staffing department, acting as the catalyst for our recruitment processes, ensuring we consistently bring in top-tier technical talent. Adhere to Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences. Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities)

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.

2+ years of proven track record in technical recruiting, with a deep understanding of engineering and technical roles.

Networking Skills: Exceptional networking abilities, allowing you to tap into various channels to discover and attract top talent.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and proactively, anticipating our technical recruitment needs and staying ahead of the curve.

Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building skills, fostering connections with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.

Adaptability: Agility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements in a dynamic technical environment.

Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.

Demonstrate commitment and adherence to SIGMADESIGN Core Values.

Work Environment

Standard office environment with normal office related conditions. Occasionally may be required to travel as required to other facilities, clients or suppliers. Occasionally may be required to travel for events such as tradeshows.
