As a Staff Engineer, you will be working and collaborating with other company team members in the planning, designing and construction of electrical systems in support of water and wastewater facility projects, SCADA and control. This work matters and impacts the quality of life for local communities, so we have big responsibilities and strict qualifications.Responsibilities

Design and analytical work associated with all phases of electrical and control system designs for utility facilities for clients throughout Washington and Oregon
Gain hands on training and experience with AutoCAD, Wonderware, PLC programming, SKM software and more programs in electrical disciplines.
Growth opportunities performing electrical calculations, power system analyses, equipment specifications and construction oversight as you gain experience
Interaction with clients and review agencies on projects.

Electrical Engineer candidates should possess the following skills:

Bachelor of Science or higher degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited University
Have obtained or can obtain an Engineer-In-Training Certification for WA
Knowledge of or ability to learn standard design software including AutoCAD and MS Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion for exceeding customer expectations
High energy, collaborative and adaptable
