Service & Solutions Capability Expert-SS&D Innovation and Capabilities (Nashville and Bothell)We have an exciting opportunity for a Service & Solutions Capability professional to join a team that support Philips’ global Services & Solutions Operations globally. You will leverage your Support and Operations background to manage the full life cycle to successfully onboard new Services and Solutions to the organization.Your role:

End-to-end expertise in Service & Solution Delivery platforms driving process harmonization and operational excellence across the business domains

Support the design, build and lead the deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) across the value chain

Leverage lean principles lead problem-solving efforts with stakeholders to evaluate operational opportunities to remove inefficiencies and utilize project management skillset to lead the deployment of changes to the organization

Lead the evaluation of new solutions offerings to ensure they can be successfully operationalized and implemented in the Market

Manage and support the design, build and lead deployment of new capabilities (process, tool, people, data) for service cases and service work orders

Analyze inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend specific changes to effect improved efficiencies

Serve as liaison between stakeholders and business partners ensuring that process changes are understood and implemented

Provide documentation, workflow diagrams, training material, and training of operations staff on new policies, systems, process, and procedures

You're the right fit:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

3 + years’ experience in Service Execution, Customer Service support, finance or operations environment

Experience/functional knowledge of Salesforce, FinancialForce, and/or ServiceMax, required

Advanced analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develops integrated, creative solutions

Excellent verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization build consensus and to work through others in achieving goals and objectives

Experience in SAP, highly desired

Philips Transparency DetailsThe pay range for this position is $74,750 to $138,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
