You will identify opportunities to streamline processes, create and upload Simplified Time Reporting data, and host training sessions. Responsible for supporting time reporting for Consumer Technology Experience org 8,000 resources.Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a subject matter expert to improve the accuracy & efficiency of time reporting
Identifies opportunities to improve processes and reports
Responsible for Simplified Time Reporting data creation & uploads
Responsible for hosting Enterprise One training sessions & office hours
Create and maintain CTX Enterprise job aids & training material
Answer complex Planview Enterprise One questions for CTX
Maintain Consumer Technology tools process Wiki
Responsible for gathering/documenting requirements from CTX for Enterprise One enhancements
Conduct project meetings
