Job Summary: Express in Bellingham is looking for a night shift sanitation crew member to join a production facility in Blaine, WA. This is a critical position for this company and the right person would be reliable, take pride in their work, and is looking for their next long-term employment.What you get to do:
Follow the daily sanitation checklist
Moving ingredients and supplies on the daily pick list to the production area
Putting away incoming ingredients and supplies in the receiving area
Follow the code manager system for proper ingredient lot code tracking
Completing the baking schedule by deplaning, baking, or decorating the last few products
Report any Food Safety or Quality concerns to the Food Safety Compliance Officer or Production Manager
