It's a small one person shop, you would be working mostly independently on printing and transferring DTF transfers.

Mostly one and two color printing, white ink on dark shirts are typical.
We use DTF (Direct to Film) transfers for most multicolor designs
Job includes printing, heat transfers, cleaning screens, reclaiming screens. screen registering and printing.
20 to 25 an hour, depending on speed and accuracy
Printing mostly one color designs on an 8 color press.
Not for beginners, must have printed at least 5,000 shirts on manual press, not an option.
