With a reputation for quality HVAC service and Installations and thousands of 5-star reviews, Marr's is seeking to expand their reach into plumbing with a primary focus on Water heaters, Boilers, and Minor plumbing repairs with the eventual long-term goal of a full-force plumbing department. Marr's is seeking a candidate who will assist us in growing a plumbing division with their expertise and field knowledge. Marr's is seeking a high-caliber candidate that would like to help grow, train, and develop a proper department with the long-term objective being to either stay in the field or assist in management of the department depending on skillset and aspirations.

Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and comfortable working with hand tools
Ability to install and commission all types of water heaters and venting systems
Ability to solder and press copper
Able to lift 75 pounds and be in good health
Comfortable climbing ladders, working on roofs, and in closed spaces
Valid driver's license, good driving record, insurable with a good record
Desire to achieve or maintain necessary state, and industry certifications
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
